Salvador centres on a dramatic wood-fired grill and a menu designed for sharing — vibrant pintxos, larger specialties from the flames and a wine list that rewards curiosity.
Our exceptional meats are sourced just metres away from our very own butcher, then prepared with precision and a touch of creative flair.
Pintxos to Start, Fire to Finish
Begin at the bar, where pintxos set the rhythm — a crisp bite, a clean hit of flavour, a reason to order the next. The room moves around you; the grill glows ahead. Take your time, then shift to the table for dishes that arrive with smoke and confidence. Each plate is precise, generous, designed to be shared. It’s a progression that turns an evening into a story.
From Our Butcher to Your Plate
Our cuts come from Arthur’s butcher next door — short lines, absolute trust. We respect the ingredient: trim with care, season with restraint, finish over wood. The result is texture, aroma and a quiet depth of flavour. Ask how we recommend it cooked; we’ll meet you exactly there. Provenance isn’t a claim — it’s the difference on the fork.
The Wine Bar – Curated & Considered
The list favours balance over noise: classics with pedigree, discoveries with purpose. Glasses are poured to flatter char, spice and citrus; bottles are chosen to carry a table through the night. Tell us what you like and we’ll map the pairings. One pour can lift a pintxo; another can lean into the smoke of the grill. It’s hospitality in the language of wine.
