Designed to be enjoyed alongside a great glass of wine or as part of a larger meal, these small plates showcase quality ingredients, confident cooking, and thoughtful combinations that invite you to explore, taste, and savour every moment at the table.
From Our Fishmonger to Your Plate
We buy from fishermen we know and trust, favouring day-boat catch whenever we can — because fish should taste of the sea, not the journey. Each one is prepared with care, simply dressed, and allowed to speak for itself. Honest fish, thoughtfully handled, full of natural flavour.
The Wine Bar – Curated & Considered
The list favours balance over noise: classics with pedigree, discoveries with purpose. Glasses are poured to flatter char, spice and citrus; bottles are chosen to carry a table through the night. Tell us what you like and we’ll map the pairings. One pour can lift a pintxo; another can lean into the smoke of the grill. It’s hospitality in the language of wine.
